Well certainly at a museum in London who now use the word womxn to describe a female.
This is because some women object to having the word “ man “ in the word “ woman “
The Country has now officially gone to the dogs.

Here in NZ, locals pronounce woman and women exactly the same. It shouldn't really matter but it drives me round the fucking bend for some reason.

As for the depiction of blokes as thick and women as clever in advertising, that's most likely because most purchasing decisions (like most tv watching) is done by women. They're just playing to their audience.

There is so much music (& tv and movies) that I am sure everyone can find something they like and avoid things they don’t.
I agree about tv ads though.
The hapless buffoon of a man with superwoman is pretty tiresome. I’m sure market research has shown that anything that showed an incompetent woman gets females all annoyed so must be avoided. Men just ignore or laugh it off.
And I am sure I have seen more mixed relationships (black / white) in ads than I have in a month of Sunday’s walking down the street

It isn’t just TV that is mainly geared towards women. Music is too - why else would Adele and Ed Shearen be rammed down our throats constantly? The only men who enjoy that shit are either gay or under the thumb.
